90-Day Trial

*Applies to Laser Hair Removal Device only*

We offer a 90-day trial to give you peace of mind when purchasing our products. We kindly ask that you follow our 90-day trial policy.

If during this period you are not satisfied with results, and your purchase is eligible as per this policy, submit an appeal via contact@enviglobal.org and once it is accepted we'll refund your money.

‎

Please read and understand our terms and conditions below to ensure you are eligible to receive your money back:

1. To be eligible for a 90-day trial, you must have proof of purchase from ENVI.

2. On the day you receive your order, email us at contact@enviglobal.org with a blank email with the subject header "90-Day Trial". This will initiate your trial period.
‎
3. Trial the product(s) for at least 80 days from the date of purchase, but no more than 90 days. Make sure the product is used as recommended on our website and user manual. We may request proof of proper usage of the product.
‎

4. If you don't see results after 80 days, please email us with your appeal.

‎

5. Once approved, we will guide you through how to return your device back to us.

6. Return the product(s) (in their original packaging) via a traceable mail service within 90 days from the date of purchase to the address provided in the email by our customer care representative.
‎
7. Once we have received it we will inspect it to make sure nothing is faulty. If the item is faulty, we may send out a new one.

8. If the item is not faulty, the product's purchase price will be refunded to you. However, postage costs for the sending and returning of the product(s) are the full responsibility of the claimant and, unfortunately, are not refunded.
‎
All steps above must have been actioned to be eligible for a refund under the 90 day trial.

This policy excludes returns without proof of purchase, on-sale items and no contact on the day of orders received initiating the trial period.

We reserve the right to reject a refund in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence provided to us.
